Have you ever been working with a document or an app, and you inadvertently closed it? Perhaps you did a 'Command-Q', when you wanted to do a 'Command-W'. No problem. OS X Makes it easy to get back to your recently used items. Maybe you just want a quick way to launch the last document you used.
Here is how to do it:
From the 'Apple' menu, choose 'Recent Items'
Next, it will provide you with your most recent Apps, Documents, and Servers.
Simply choose the one you want, and it will immediately launch.
If you don't want to leave any tracks, simply choose 'Clear Menu'.
