Mac Tips Daily! #138 - iChat Transcripts

Save a chat session. If you have a need to preserve them.. iChat makes it very easy to save all of your chats.
Caution: If you are doing any clandestine behavior, then this tip isn't for you.... or maybe it is ;-) You can make sure the transcripts are off !!
Let's get to it:
Open 'iChat'
Next, go to the iChat menu, and choose 'Preferences'
Now, add a check mark next to 'Automatically save chat transcripts'
To read the chats later, click on the 'Open Folder'. You can find it located next to where you added the check mark, or you can go to 'Home -> Documents -> iChats'
and you can find all of your iChat transcripts in there.
