Leopard Menu Help - Mac Tips Daily! #338

Click to Listen finder80x80.pngHave you ever known the command you needed, but couldn't locate it on the help menu? Some menus are so vast that you can quickly overlook the item you need. Luckily, Mac OS X Leopard has a really cool new feature integrated into the HELP menu, with a little help with Spotlight.

How to use it:

1. Go to the Help menu, and start typing in the command you are looking for into the Spotlight search.

2. Type in the name or first few characters of the item you are searching for, and then you will see items with a horizontal blue bar appear. Simply hover over that item and watch it magically drop down and have a huge arrow pointing to it. To use it, simply click on the item. mactips_338_1.png
