Safari 3 FIND - Mac Tips Daily! #349
In the latest version of Safari, version 3, it adds a newly enhanced FIND command. Simply go to a web page of your choice, press COMMAND F and then the FIND search box will appear below your address bar. Start typing in what you are looking for and you will see the words begin to become highlighted if they are found on that page.
Next to the search box it will tell you how many results it finds and you can also click the left/right arrows next to that box to move through the results. READ MORE »

Mac OS X comes with a ton of great programs. iCal is probably one of my favorites, simply because I rely on it to keep me on schedule. Sometimes my calendar get so full, it's hard to keep everything straight. Fortunately, iCal has a 'Search' box. You can use it to find exactly what you are looking for.
For example, if I want to know all of the dates that show when I get paid, I simply type 'Payday' into the search box, because that is what I named the events.
