After positive feedback for my first review I was getting anxious. I didn’t want to bite off more than I can chew for this my second. I liken it to the difficult ‘second album syndrome‘ that so many recording artists suffer from. I picked 1Passwd, a cursory glance at their website revealed that it was just a password manager. It saves passwords how difficult can that be to review.

How wrong I was. I have now had product for a couple of weeks, and this product does so much more than just manage your passwords.

1Passwd to rule them all

I’m terrible with passwords, despite sometimes using the Apple Keychain application to store the passwords on my mac. I still tend to stick to one of my ‘pool’ passwords.

Don’t we all do that? Pet’s name, pet’s maiden name, pet’s married name and so on and so on. You get the picture. It’s a bad habit, as they are not particularly cryptic and if people got to know me fairly well, they could make a damn good stab at what they might be. READ MORE »
