You can save a bundle on paper by printing to PDF files instead of using your printer. Sometimes you may want to email a PDF or post it on the web. If the PDF file contains images, you can squeeze the file size down quite a bit, and the recipient of the file will be pleased.

From the menu of your application, such as Safari, choose 'FILE->Print'.
When the 'Print Dialog box' appears, click on 'PDF'.

From the drop down menu, choose
'Save PDF to Web Receipts Folder'

Now, you can find your document in your 'Home->Documents->Web Receipts' folder.
