Looks like Apple has sent out invitations to a special event on Thursday March 6th at the Apple Campus. Topics will include the new SDK and and some new enterprise features. Sounds like they are revving up to make a move on corporate America. Time will tell I guess. This is even exciting news for folks in Ireland, as O2 has announced the iPhone will be released there on March 14th.

While we all wait for this new SDK to surface, it never hurts to check out software for your Mac. The folks at Unsanity have released Leopard (10.5) compatible betas of their 'haxies' such as WindowsShade X, FruitMenu, and FontCard. The former two were two of the apps I bought when I bought my very first iBook back in 2004.

Are you an Apple collector or Fish lover? Perhaps you are in the market for one of those iMac Aquariums. These are bound to create a talking piece in any Mac lovers home. I imagine that due to the limited capacity (3.5 Gallons), you probably can only a gold fish or equivalent size finned friend. Still, they look pretty cool.

Finally, Independence has been upgraded to work with iPhone firmware 1.14. Good news for me.. now I can update my jailbroken iPhone and get ready for the SDK.
