News: 100 Million iPods Sold
Apple announced today that the 100 millionth iPod has been sold, making it the fastest selling music player in history.
The first iPod was sold in November 2001, and the iPod legacy has spanned 10 different models.
- 5 Generations of iPod.
- 2 Generations of Ipod Mini.
- 2 Generations of iPod Nano.
- 2 Generations of iPod Shuffle.
It's been an exciting ride, and I for one can't wait to see what exciting things the next generation of iPods & iPhones bring.
