Have you ever sent an email message to someone and then they said they didn't receive it? Well, it's easy to send it again with the Mail application in OS X.

Let's get to it:

1. Open 'Mail'

2. Click on your 'Sent' box and find the message you want to send again, and click on it one time to select it. READ MORE »

One of the new features in Mac OS X Leopard Mail is the ability to add bulleted and numbered lists in your messages.

Note: You must be using RICH text and not Plain Text to create them. It will prompt you if you are in the wrong mode.

A quick keyboard shortcut today for your Mail.app mailboxes.

1. Open Mail.App

To switch mailboxes, simply press the appropriate shortcut below.

COMMAND - 1 Inbox
COMMAND - 3 Drafts
COMMAND - 4 Sent
COMMAND - 5 Trash
COMMAND - 6 Junk

You may be wondering about COMMAND 2. This may or may not work on your configurations... if it does, COMMAND 2 will show you the OUTBOX.

If you send email attachments to non-mac users (that's code for Windows Users), you can help ensure they get there in a format that they can understand. Mac files can consist of a resource fork & data fork, and sometimes Windows folks will get some stuff they can't understand or need. So, the best way to send them attachments, it to use a feature built right into Mail.app.

I will show two options, the first one will change your default to ALWAYS send Windows Friendly Attachments, and the second one can be done on an individual basis.
