iPhone 3.01 Update Released

Due to the SMS security vulneribility made public yesterday at the Black Hat conference, Apple has quickly released an important update for all iPhone 3.0 firmware. The update will take you to iPhone 3.01.

Essentially someone can send a special SMS message to you phone and take total control of it, even shut it down. If you have an iPhone, get this update as soon as possible. Connect your iPhone to iTunes and check for updates.
