If you save items on the bookmark bar in Safari, here is a quick and easy way to scan through them.
Here is how to do it:
Open 'Safari'
Now, hold down 'Command' and press the numbers '1 through 9'. Each one will correspond to a bookmark on the bar, going in order from left -> right.
