NBC and Apple are offering some free content for your pleasure. The one that caught my eye was a free High Definition version of 30 Rock. If you want to check out the HD quality, here is a direct link. Be sure to click the 'FREE EPISODE' button.
When you get an HD version, they also include a standard def specifically sized for fitting on your iPod, iPhone, or iPod Touch.
