iTunes 8.2.1 Released - Bye Palm Pre Syncing

Apple released the latest version of iTunes today (check your software update). Recently, Apple had sent out a support document stating that 3rd party devices may not work with future versions of iTunes. I think everyone predicted that this was Apple's next move, removing the ability to sync with iTunes.
I feel a little bad for Palm Pre owners, simply because they purcahsed a product that said it would sync with iTunes. However, Palm had to know that Apple would retaliate. I imagine this isn't the end of it.
