Review: Sportsuit Santa for iPod Nano

Looking for that perfect attention getter case to sport your Nano this holiday season? Look no further than Marware's Sportsuit Santa.
Its a plush case that looks like it should be hanging on the mantle in your house. It features a plush red exterior with a smooth and soft interior lining. It's the perfect conversation starter to wear to all of the holiday parties.
This fun case is all about the looks, and functionality takes a back seat. Marware didn't skimp on it though. It comes with a lanyard and a carabiner - each are removable and you can make your choice on the fly by simply attaching your preferred clip to the read of the case. It also has a belt loop hole, so that gives you a total of three ways to show it off.

It's a snug fit for your nano - falling out will not be an issue. It goes in smoothly, but you need to use a bit of upward force to remove it from the case. That's a functionality problem - if you are like me and want to change the song and volume every few minutes, it will quickly become a noticeable flaw. Also, you only have headphone access if you put your iPod in upside down. This works, but once again, another problem - the hold button on the iPod nano is on top.

I would prefer to see a little headphone jack on the bottom of the case, and then I would be able to access the hold and headphones at the same time. Since this isn't my every day case, I don't have any trouble looking past the few minor flaws that it has.
